Try ethanol or methanol then; but i wouldn't use it for a long time because it"ll eat up the ribber seals...but it will probably increase your horsepower.

My jeep is throwing a code for a vapor leak. ive checked all hoses nothing to seems to be leaking but my jeep has a very strong odor of gas

Your problem is most likely coming from your gas cap. Your vehicle's gas cap may seem tight, but the rubber washer around the inner edge of the gas cap may be defective. Go purchase another gas cap for your car at one of the nearest auto part's location's nearest you. Change the gas cap and reset your vehicle's computer by taking the positive terminal off for a minute and replace the battery cable back on the vehicle. This method reset's your vehicle's computer. If the gas cap is the main problem, your check engine light won't come back on and your problem is solved. Gas is highly combustible and dangerous. always use precaution's when doing any work on your vehicle that require's working with any part's associated with any part's of the gas emission's system including the gas tank, gas cap, purge solenoid, charcoal canister, fuel filter, fuel pump, etc., etc. the gas smell can also be coming from a broken or faulty rubber gas line or the metal clamp's connected to the rubber hose's located between the gas tank fill valve and the gas tank itself. there are several black rubber gas hose's associated with the gas tank. have a qualified technician check the gas emission's system for any and all leak's gas also evaporate's fast, do to the combustibility again always use caution when attempting any and all repair's requiring checking the gas or emission's evaporation system. Sincerely Crystopper.

Need gas control unit& burner for water heater 40 gallon

Reliance is AO Smith.
Each gas control has identifying information on side of gas control valve. Make sure you order for NG natural gas or LP propane gas, since these are two different gas control valves.
Google search the gas control number and results will show.

Do I mix the oil and gas together and pour it in the gas tank or do I pour the gas in the tank and the waverunner mix's the oil and gas together?

Mix the oil and gas together first.
Or you can add some gas into tank, then add some oil, then add more gas, then bit more oil ... so oil-gas mixture is uniform.

Smelled mild gas odor after moving dryer. Replaced gas line connection. Still smell gas. Tried to tighten gas line have strong gas odor after running dryer. Does not seem to be heating

The gas valve should not be opening unless the glow igniter glows and sends a signal to the gas valve. I suspect a small leak in either the gas pipe or at the gas valve. You will have to get to the gas valve to perform a leak test. While the dryer is open, replace the igniter.

Just bought a used leaf blower, homelite, gas leaks out of the gas tank, where the gas tube fits into it.

"top of the gas tank where the gas tube fits into the tank"

I assume you're describing the gas tank cap. if so, the o-ring is missing from the gas tank cap. You can find those at hardware stores.
