How can i make my sons pw50 go faster without getting to complicted, its a older one the plastics are white if thats helps with the year roughly. thanxs

I have worked at a Yamaha dealer for 15 years the beauty of a yamaha pw50 is it has not changed... for the most part.. it will bolt up. As long as you have the wireing harness/cdi components. Also the throttle cable and throttle may need to be taken from the older bike as well.... keep it easy swap the frame and the frame alone and you'll be ok

PW50 started with 4x4 followed by 6 numbers for the years from 1981-1983

remove sidecover and check shaft , spring and cog etc is ok ! tip bike on side so oil stays inside ! ! easy repair ! P....

check the compression in all cylinders if bad in any one blow head gasket but the white smoke pretty much tell me that mechanic for 8 years 5 at ford 3 at bmw

could be o off s start or o on s stop
from memory up is off and down is on , with the lever following the direction of flow


just pull the hose of the carb and turn the tap to find out for sure. if nothing come out either remove the tap and clean it

Get a balance/rotation/alignment before worrying about tranny troubles. What kind of tires do you have? Some all terrain tires for SUVs just will never ride smooth. I had an older Explorer and found a great deal on All Terrain tires from Good Year. They didn't look overly aggressive, however the square lip and tread pattern made them very noisy on highways. Hope this helps.

If the photo's are stored on a removable memory card, you can use a USB card reader to transfer them, without having to use the software, or have the camera connected.

This method is also MUCH faster to transfer pics anyway.
