You probably have a little brake dust on the rear brake rotor and pads. I'd get a can of brake cleaner (about 4 bucks) from your local Autozone.
Spray the rotor with a coat of it, but be careful not to get it on the pads, let it dry for a few minutes, and then take the bike for a spin out in some stop and go traffic so you'll have use the brakes.
Hopefully this should clean all the brake dust off really good, and eliminate further squeaking.
