You don't oil your shock. The oil can be renewed. You have to remove both fork legs from you scooter.
Remove the top cap of each, turn them upside down and pump them dry.
you can find how much oil and which oil grades goes into them. It will be either an air gap measurement or an oil capacity.
if you fork leaked, replace the stanchion seals as we'll.
i wouldn't bother doing it if it doesn't give you trouble. Scooter forks can achieve high mileage without any oil change.
the only time I replace fork oil on any daily ride bike, is when they leaked and the seals are shot.

To replace the front fork oil first support the motorcycle so the front end is off the floor and the forks are fully extended. Remember that the FLSTC and FLSTF models have a preloaded fork spring and that the fork tube plug is under spring pressure.Then you remove the fork tube caps. And then you drain the fork oil. ON FXSTD models, your remove the drain screws and washers from each fork and drain the fork oil this way. ON ALL MODELS EXCEPT the FXSTD, remove and discard the drain screws and washers from each fork and drain the fork oil and then you install new drain screws and washers. ON FXSTD models, apply LOCTITE THREADLOCKER 243 (blue) to the drain screws and tighten them to 12-18 inlbs (1.4-2.0 Nm). ON ALL MODELS EXCEPT FXSTD, tighten the drain screws to 52-78 in-lbs (5.9-8.9 Nm).THEN fill the fork with Harley-Davidson TYPE E FORK OIL (Part No. HD-99884-80).Either by installing oz or cc's of fluid if the forks were left in the frame or by measuring the amount of oil in the tubes in inches or mm if the forks were removed from the frame and disassembled. In the latter case the oil level is measured from the top of the fork tube with the spring removed and the fork fully compressed.

FINALLY tighten the fork tube caps to 40-60 ft-lbs (54.2-81.3 Nm).
You need to to replace your fork seals. if your not a fairly handy shadetree mechanic dont attempt it yourself because you have to remove the front wheel and forks to do the job.
if there like most... remove the front axle and wheel and loosen the bottom fork support and then the top one slide out one shock at a time and replace the boot and reassemble the oil is inside the shock. if the top support is the oil fill for the shock then carefully slide out the shock and replace the oil fill cap bolt then replace the boot and reverse the process.
You do not have to put any air in the forks. There was a sticker telling you maximum pressure on the bike. It may still be there. Maximum pressure is not more than 14 pounds. You will never need more than 7 or 8 pounds. First set the rear shocks for a hard or soft ride. Then holding a bicycle foot pump with a pressure gauge on it in your hands , give it one pump (do not go over 10 or 12 pounds pressure). Now bounce on the seat and bleed pressure out of the forks until the front and rear shocks drop at the same time. Your bike suspension is now set up correctly for riding.
1. Using a suitable lift, support motorcycle under frame until rear tire is slightly off the ground. 2. Remove bolt and washer (1) attaching shock to rear fork. NOTE Snap-on adapter, Part No. SRES24, is necessary to gain access to shock bolt. 3. Remove flange locknut (5) and washer with grommet (4) at front of shock.
Rebuilding any motorcycle shock (front forks only) is reasonable simple. The things you should remember is to keep things clean when reassembling. First before removing the shock from the triple tree, loosen the top bolt in the shock. Then remove the shock from the triple tree, remove the top bolt and drain the fluid into a container which has measurements on the side. This is done so you can approximate how much fluid to put back in (if you do not have the specs on fluid levels). Next, there is a screw in the bottom of the shock. Remove this screw and the inner tube will come out of the fork lower. Clean all parts, replace the seal on the slider tube with a new seal and reassemble in the reverse order. Make sure after the shock is remounted in the triple tree to tighten the top bolt.
