Turn signal....Both flash on the ins panel. Both stay on, handle in neutral, center. Turn on 4-way flashers turns off panel turn signal indicator.

Hello. It seems your vehicle has a 'shorting/malfunctioning turn signal switch and/or 'grounding' wires in the wiring harness. Good luck and keep me informed; if you want to.

4 way flashers work but turn signals do not on 2002 Pontiac sunfire already checked fuse and the relay in fuse box and when I put left blinker on left headlight went out

Turn signal switch is probably the problem ,but without testing that is just a guess. Do know i replaced a few on grand am's . What relay ???? There is no relay in the fuse box for the turn signals . Your vehicle has turn / hazard flasher module .
Turn Signal Lamps
The TURN-B/U fuse and the STOP/HAZ fuse in the IP fuse block, supplies battery positive voltage to the flasher module. The turn signal lamps may only be activated with the ignition switch in the ON position. When the turn signal switch is placed in either the left or right position, current flow is from the flasher module's output to the turn signal switch assembly. The flasher module then sends an on-off voltage signal to either the left or right turn signals and their instrument panel cluster (IPC) indicator. When the hazard switch is pressed, all the turn signal lamps will flash including both IPC turn signal indicators.
Located under the driver side of the dash above the brake pedal ,on a metal bracket .

How to fix the turn signals on my ford expedition?

exposition ? Do you mean expedition ? What year ? The turn signal switch could be bad , bad fuse , turn signal flasher would be a likely culprit . hazard light flasher is different from turn signal flasher .

Why does my turn signal/ hazard light fuse keep blowing out

you have a short in one of the light sockets or a worn wire from the wiring harness. could be the flasher assembly. are the turn signals different bulbs from the brake lights? Does using the brakes blow the fuse? (Rear lights or brake light switch on brake pedal). left or right turn signal blowing the fuse will tell which side has the short. 4 ways only, replace the relay.

1998 plymouth breeze hazard flasher fuse keeps blowing

check the hazard switch pull the switch and put a volt meter on the connections with wiring connected to switch if it don't respond or just gives you a L.O your switch is bad and shorting out could happen just from being used a lot or something internal broke switch for that shouldn't be all but 50$ or just go to a parts/scrap yard

Problems with 2004 GMC Sierra Z71 left turn signal

The turn signal / hazard flasher module is the problem ,more then likely . Without testing this is just a guess . Do you know how to do automotive electrical circuit testing using a wiring diagram an a DVOM - digital volt ohm meter . Plus factory service repair manual flow charts .
The IGN E 10-amp fuse in the underhood fuse block supplies battery positive voltage to the turn signal/hazard switch assembly. The FLASH 25-amp fuse in the instrument panel (I/P) fuse block supplies battery positive voltage to the turn signal/flasher module and ground is supplied at G200. When the turn signal switch is placed in either the LEFT or RIGHT position, a voltage signal is completed from the turn signal switch to the turn sign/flasher module. When the hazard flasher switch is activated, a ground signal is completed from the turn signal/hazard switch to the turn sign/flasher module. The turn sign/flasher module then sends an on-off voltage signal through the LT TRLR, RT TRLR, LT TURN or RT TURN 10-amp fuses in the I/P fuse block to the appropriate turn signal or to all 4 fuses for hazard operation. The instrument panel cluster (IPC) indicators receive voltage from the LT TURN and RT TURN fuses as well as the driver door module (DDM)/passenger door module (PDM) for the mirror turn signals. The DDM/PDM has no function or control of the mirror turn signals other that a pass through connection for the circuits. The audio chime is also activated when the turn signals are ON. When the hazard switch is pressed, all turn signal lamps will flash including both IPC turn indicators. The front turn signals are grounded at G100. The rear turn signals are grounded at G401. The Mirror turn signals are grounded by the DDM/PDM.

Fuse keeps blowing out

The parking lights, dash lights, turn signals, and hazard flasher should be 4 different circuits.
So you would need to know exactly what that fuse protects, then look for the short to ground.

When i turn my left signal light on it keeps blowing fuses..

Hi , Check the wing/side repeater on the car as this is the most vunerable to weather and damage . If the 4 way flasher does NOT blow the fuse you need to check the switch around the steering column and possible snagged wiring.
The 4 way flasher is the same indicator but not the same wiring and will provide an elimination of some circuits !

Turn signal flasher keeps blowing

This is more than likely caused by a Bad Turn Signal Switch Housing inside the Sterring column. The one that the Handle is attached to and Wraps around the Sterring Shaft on the Inside of the Column.
