Strip it down and trace the wiring for any damage or disconected plugs/terminals.

Ignition switch on, bike runs, no running lights. Signals, horn, and brake light work.

I just had the same problem. Bike quit, no lights or electric ('99 Capt. America chopper). New batt and regulator but still no headlights or running lights though the bike starts.

No brake lights, no horn, no indicator lights, no turn signals.

please check the battery terminals, the wire might have been displaced from the terminals or have a loose connection

Brake light, oil temperature light and battery light are on

Wow, 3 problems, did the lights come on one at a time or all at once? How long has each been on? 1st thing is to check fluid levels-brake, & oil. You may damage the vehicle if you continue to drive it. The brake light means a malfunction in the system, or low brake fluid. If the level is low, adding should turn the light off. You then need to check to see where the system is leaking. Oil temp light, or is it just oil light? This will go on when you basically have no oil in the engine, or the oil pump has failed, both very bad. Battery light indicates the vehicle is not charging the battery. Check the drive belt, did it break? This could cause a bunch of lights to go on. Let me know the answers to the above, so I can help to refine my answer.

1998 Honda Goldwing will not start nothing.

Sort of sounds like a Twilight Zone kind of problem doesn't it. I would have the battery checked for an internal dead short. This is something that happens on odd occasions and can happen even to a new battery. Yea, the little lights will work ( they do not draw much juice ), but the starter motor draws a lot of juice and a shorted battery just ain't got it. Also check the wiring harness connections. One loose connection can cause bunches of trouble.
