Ultra classic starts and runs for about two minutes shuts off

'Cranks' means it turns over. I think you mean it cranks but doesn't start?

have you checked to see what the fuel pressure is? I have a 2002 ultra classic and it just got where it wouldn't hardly run. Fuel pressure is supposed to be between 55-63 psi. Mine was 30. I changed fuel filter and regulator and went from 30 to 63.

Gas filter on fuel injected models is in the fuel tank attached to the fuel pump. Requires removiing fuel pump from tank to do so.

did you upgrade the air filter and the module for the fuel injection.the minute you change exhaust it messes up the 02 sensor,and the map readings etc.

sounds like the ISC sensor is going bad best suggestion is take it to your dealer for a proper test on the digital technician

Sounds like it's running really rich. Does it smell like it's running rich? If so, you need to take it to a dealer if it's a fuel injected bike. If it's a carburated bike, check the air filter or enricher. Anything any further in the carb requires disassembly of the carburator.
