2000 yamaha grizzly issues when warm

Check oil level capacity, to ensure in specs. Check spark plugs, ensure its clean and correct plug for your quad.the only other could be is ign coil breaking down when warm. Check fire at plug when this happens. First ensure oil level is correct. Make sure your electric fan is on when bike is warmed up.

I have a 2009 Yamaha Grizzly 550, turn key on push start button and just clicks? Would the contactor/solenoid be bad? The winch is wired to the solenoid but it works! Checked the fuses, wires, and...

Could possibly be bad starter. If battery is fully charged and runs winch shows problem at starter. Try tapping the starter with a hammer. Then try starting it.

Yamaha grizzly push starter button starter continue to turn until battery is disconnected what' wrong

I would suspect the start solenoid is stuck in the on position. There is a possibility you might have a short but I think it is the solenoid. Check it out.

I replaced the starter relay and still no starter action there is no power coming from the relay to the starter but the positive lead from the battery to the starter relay has 11.98 volts. 2001 660...

When you push the start button and the relay clicks the lead from the relay to the starter should have 12volts. If it doesnt you either the relay is bad or the cable(lead) is bad from the relay to the starter.Hope this helps.

Bike wont start

You have to check the starter motor, prolly the brushes are gone . Also check the connections from battery to the solenoid and from the solenoid to the starter.

Good Luck.
