Do you the 4.3 l vortec with Central SFI fuel injection system ? On these the fuel pressure regulator is under the top part of the intake manifold , They like to leak ! Leaking Fuel Pressure Regulator
With the 3.1 engine: Ignition on 52-59 psi, at idle 42-56 psi. With the 3.8 engine: Ignition on 48-54, at idle 38-51. Let me know if your's is supercharged the specs maybe different.
i believe it's around 80, but anything higher than 60 should run it somewhat, just lacking power, and dogging out while accelerating, like a running out of gas symptom.
