Did you do the reassembly yourself? If not, take it back to whoever did because the reassembly was done incorrectly. Oil and water mixing can only happen at the top or bottom ends of the barrel. Either the head gasket is not seated properly or the barrel to casing seals are not properly installed
Testimonial: "Thanks I did it myself, will take it apart again and try to do a better job this time. Its my first go a trying to repair it. Thanks for your help."
Actually Suzman doesn't know what they are talking about in this case. On a water cooled two stroke there is no connectivity to the transmission oil and the cylinder (top or bottom) If either of the gaskets that he said were leaking you would get antifreeze in the exhaust or visa versa...
The water pump is gear driven from the crankshaft within the clutch cover (cavity of the gearbox )and that driven shaft has a seal on it. The impeller side will have antifreeze on it. There is gravity and pressure pushing the antifreeze inward to the inside of the clutch cover and that is where the oil resides.
There are hordes of online micro fiches where you can see the breakout and order part immediately. You probably have a bad water pump shaft seal
Actually you are quite right Garagewhore. My apologies for the oversight.
Your water pump seal is probally bad my did the same thing I canged the seal and it's good now

How much motor oil do you put in a suzuki rm 125?
SOURCE: Suzuki RM 125 water is mixing with the gearbox oil
The water pump is in the motor case and has a leaking seal. Anti freeze is leaking past the water pump seal into the transmission. Take your water pump apart and replace the seals. The fluid should be escaping out a weep hole in the bottom of the pump, so when you have it apart be sure and dig the mud out of the weep hole to keep from filling the motor with anti freeze if this ever happens again. If there is no weep hole then it must not have been designed with one.
