Try removing the tank, and check the rubber mounting points. Sounds like you have metal on metal somewhere. Mabey adding some extra foam or rubber for padding agaist the frame while the tank is removed.

The chrome dash on these bikes can get to making a buzz or rattle.
Some foan or rubber on the edges of the dash can quiet it down.

Engine Vibration and noise after riding awhile

Maybe it is not firing properly on one cylinder. Have you changed plugs? It may also be that the coil is breaking down when hot. You might be able to check this with a coils tester if anyone has one anymore. Suzuki used to have a very good one. Very expensive Suzuki tool though. Cheaper to try a new coil. Also you might check HT wires when hot if the foregoing does not fix it. Next place I would go is try to isolate which cylinder it is and check/replace the fuel injector. This is assuming no mechanical faults. However you have POWER VISION and so it could also be something errant there.

Fuel line vibrates near fuel tank

So the line vibrates. What is the problem with that? flexible fuel lines normally do flex.
Why is it a problem for you? is it making a noise? does it stop the engine?

How do I check the fuel filter on a 2006 honda vtx 1800

  1. Engine
    • The Honda VTX 1800 cruiser boasts a monstrous 1,795cc liquid-cooled V-twin engine, with three valves per cylinder and a nine-to-one compression ratio. It has a bore and stroke of 101 by 112 mm, making it an undersquare, or long-stroke motor, meaning it's tuned for low-end torque. With a curb weight of 800 pounds, you'll need all that low-RPM power to get off the line. The bike does not have a tachometer, so you'll have to shift the five-speed transmission by feel.
    Fuel System
    • The bike is fuel injected, with an automatic choke. Fuel injection helps the VTX 1800 ride more smoothly than carbureted V-twins. The tank carries 5.3 gallons of fuel. In reviews, the bike had an average range of 194 miles on a tank of gas.

    Performance and Handling
    • This is a massive and massively powerful motorcycle. It corners wide, and is really meant for highway cruises rather than city riding. The bike gets a remarkable 100 foot-pounds of torque at 3,000 RPM. The suspension is rough, and you will certainly feel bumps in the road. Honda, however, has put a lot of effort into minimizing engine vibration, so the gigantic V-twin won't rattle your bones the way you expect it to. The engine makes a solid, satisfying thump without chattering your teeth.

how do you adjust the headlight beam on a xjr1300 naked 2002 bike, is it as simple as undoing the 2 bracket bolts at the sides of the lights and re-setting the lights to a new level ??
currently it seems to be set for riding with a pillion passanger or heavy load at the rear as the lights are set low, no one flashes me even if i ride at night with full beam on !
