I have a sunl 150cc scooter no spark I have replaced the coils\plug wire, CDI, and stater\flywheel. still no spark. The only thing I can figure is that the Stater\flywheel that came off was an 8 coil and the one I received for replacement was 6 coil. help!!

Sounds simple, but do you have a kill switch on your scooter? Be sure it is not in the kill position.

I have checked for the kill switch position is there a way to bypass all the switches and ignition switch (hotwire)? for testing

You can disconnect the kill switch and try, perhaps it is faulty. The only thing the kill switch does is ground out the power. An electric meter is probably your best bet to see where you are or are not getting power.

hello, you probably need to have your stator checked out, sometimes the pickup coil in the stator will go out, also you can try ign coil, the one spark plug wire is hooked to,warriors are bad about cdi going out, mine would idle, would not rev up, would bog down, source coil in stator probably needs to be checked also..

Hello,please,i have a GMI gas scooter 150cc (chinese)I dont have current on spark plug.the 2 wires that leads to ignition coil (green-and another one )when i connect them i have a shortage ???red power...

with a two wire coil, one is a ground, the other is from the capacitor in the CDI. Forgoing any re-wiring from an amateur, it may be your CDI is shorted. It's hard to tell from here.

My sunl 150cc gas powered scooter will not run but for a few seconds (2-5) if and when it decides to. I enquired before and both agreed it was a fuel problem. I bought a new carburator and installed it...

It may seem like a fuel problem, but is likely low compression. Changing the air filter will do nothing. Check your compression with a tester to be sure. If it is 120-220 psi, then I would look at the ignition system, starting with the plug, then wires, CDI, coil, charging coil, etc.
