DO'NT HAVE OWNER MANUAL. WE IS BATTERY ? IF UNDER THE SEAT . HOW DO YOU REMOVE SEAT

You don't need to remove the seat to change the battery. Just you find it when you remove the plastic covers under the seat bothe of them... than you have to open a fat screw under the fuses cover... than open the batery screw + than remove totally the - screw from the left side... than take the battery in your hand and pull her half of way than turn her against the clock and pull again ... she will be out...
any way the seat have 2 screws behind the front seat one from left and the other from right side you can put your finger you will find them... Live to ride......

As you know, your battery is located under the seat. You will find a couple bolts holding the seat down - remove them. The seat will come off easily. I dont suppose you still have the owner manual in the little compartment under the battery, do you? That would be very helpful to have. You may find additional particulars at the Yamaha web site (the rider club section). You can expect to find a generic owners and/or shop manual there which may aid you.

I have a old mercury villager ...i want to replace the middle row seat with last row seat ...is it posible...?
The middle row seat slides forward to the middle position (and several other positions as well.)

Owners manual explains how to slide rear seat foreard.
Remove middle row seats. Lift handle under 3rd row seat cushion on passenger side. Raise seat cushion up until it locks up. Then lift the lever on the passenger side of seat and pull seat forward until it locks in place.

The battery should be under the front passenger seat. Move the seat forward as far as it will go, and you'll see a metal plate (may be under the carpet), which comes off with four Phillips screws. To actually get the battery out, you will need to remove the seat.
