SOURCE: honda 650 2002, starting problem
Hi there and thank you for using FixYa!
Yes this is a common problem with bikes having dirty spark plugs and poor fuel quality. What you do is to remove the plugs, clean it well.. or better, replace it with a new one. Then if it still doesnt start, pull the choke knob for a while. start it.. if it still doesnt start. Open the carbs to check if there are any dirt blocking the jets. Blow the holes with compressed air. Assemble and replace it back. Start. if it still doesnt work, check for the cable, make sure it has current firing to the spark plug.
let me know if this helps..

first check about the clutch plate, if it is down or not? if it is good then check for the valve of the engine. it need replacement.
SOURCE: spark plug cap
Well there is no problem continuing using the bajaj spark plug cap, this can probably happen due to hot from the engine, and the cap DISINTEGRATION.I advice you to use the bajaj cap see how long it last compare to your original unicorn cap.

I think the age of the bike gives a clue to what might be wrong. I'm guessing that either the rubbers on the vacuum carb slides have gone bad or the intake manifolds are old and cracked, or both. At any rate they are worth a good check. Be very careful if you have to remove the carb rack there are some delicate and expensive fuel feeder tubes between the carbs that are easily broken.

have you change your spark plug? if no better change. increase idle rpm of your carburetor a little bit so that it will not stop on heavy traffic.
