The most common reason on ATVs with no spark is the pickup coil in the stator. There are test for the ignition system and if you will give me your email I will send you the procedure as decribed in the manual. I cant copy teh images to this format but can through email..

Check the switch look particularly at the wires that contact the button. They may be corrided or cracked and only making contact every now and then.

My 2002 Yamaha Kodak 400 has gone through three coils. Could that be wiring short, too?

I have an 01 Yamaha Grizzly 600 that will not start has yellowish spark, is getting gas, and does want to start ?

yellow spark is insufficient power from the coil
could be a failing ignition module , bad coil or bad ground connection for the battery
if you are using the starter at the same time if testing rga spark that would indicate a failing battery so have it load tested

2006 Yamaha grizzly(60 hours) . Was working fine

Did you check spark before or after the spark plugs? Replace the plugs (or at least check their gaps). Also remember, you need three things for ignition: air, fuel, spark. You've been checking fuel and spark, but not mention of decent air flow. Is your air filter plugged?
