I need to top up the antifreeze on my 6oo bandit 2003 model

Is choke engaged and working?
Are all plugs clean / new?
Is petrol fresh?
Are compressions OK?

yes this is correct

you locate the thermostat ,remove it ,go to autofactors with it in your hand and get a new one,fitting is the reverse of taking it apart ,and dont forget to top up antifreeze with neat antifreeze

(Final):23 N-m (2.3 kg-fm, 16.5 lb-ft)

Suzuki say not to fill the fuel tank to the top. fill it 3/4 full to allow for heat expansion.

probably your speed sensor gone down its a common problem, its held in with a 5 mil allen key and is located on the front sprocket cover if i rember correctly its a little black box just un bolt it and un plug it ,and fit the new one , hope this helps regards bert.

no they are different if you have a 1200 need to get them for the 1200 or the gs500e and f models or the RF900

i think the speedo runs via the gear box electrics etc... to ensure u do the right thing i would recomend speaking to a suzuki dealer that you trust
