change the oil filter to a better quality wit an anti-drain back valve , change oil and up grade to 30w-50 oil viscosity
remove and check the leak back rate for the hydraulic followers
the problem is that the oil drains back from the valve train resulting in a noise until oil pressure is restored
Take it back to the oil change place. Or check the oil. If a seal is leaking or oil filter was not tightened or put on correctly oil may have leaked out and you will blow your engine!
Is is there any oil leaking in garage or driveway or where you park?
A typical automobile holds 4-5 quarts of oil.....Depends on the size of motor. If changing yourself, Drain out all oil, change filter, put oil plug back in. Put 3- 31/2 quarts back into car. put oil cap on and start car. Let run for 2-3 minutes then shut back off. Wait for a few. Pull out dipstick wipe, put back in then pull out a second time...Now you know how much you need to top off level.
Hi, you have to take the screw out of the oil pan and let it drain... The oil pan in on the underside of the vehicle about middleways back toward the back of the vehicle. The oil filter is also accessable from under the vehicle, but it's a tight squeeze with out one of those nifty wrenches. After it drains, change the filter, put the screw back in. You probably know the access panel for the oil is under the driver's seat, then pour your oil in. It will take 5 quarts of oil. Take care

Hello. What that means is that only 16% of your car's oil life remains before you should get an oil change. This is a better method of knowing when to change the oil than the old fashioned rule of thumb of merely changing the oil every 3,000 miles.
When you do have the oil changes, the counter can be reset back to 100%. If you have your oil changed at a garage, they will reset the counter for you. otherwise look in the owner manual for the instructions on how to reset the counter. regards, Joe
