You have the clutch protection overide switch, on the clutch lever, wired up to the start button.
Check your wiring.

Fusible link in starting circuit

There are several safety interlock switches, all of which must "make" before the starter will engage. These include parking brake (on), clutch (disengage), blades (raised and disengaged). You might have to check each with a meter.

My dt wont stat in gear with the clutch engaged?

All the Japanese bikes I have owned won't start in gear unless you pull in the clutch lever. There is a small plunger switch fixed to the clutch lever stock (the part that does not move). This switch is connected to the ignition and starter circuits, so when the clutch lever is closed the starter won't turn. Check the bike starts OK when not in gear. If you try to start the bike in gear and it does not start with the clutch lever pulled then the switch is not working. Hope this helps.

2011,sportster in neutral not clicking.all other electrical works wont start

Starter button defective, corroded connections on starter. Bad ground wire on starter. Probably something simple since you did not describe any weird noises, just no click or starter engagement.

Pull in the clutch lever and try to start it. It may have a safety switch to prevent an accidental start in gear.

Starter motor will not engage

I am taking this as the starter not turning. You have safety switches on the brake pedal lever or clutch pedal lever. Sometimes the signal loss will even prevent the brakelights from working.

The drivers feet can hit and dislodge the safety switch or even break it. This prevents the power from reaching the starter solenoid. Check to see if you have brakelights.

The Clutch on some bikes will disengage the starter motor. Yamaha will not allow you to engage gear when the side stand is down. Hope this gives you some idea
