breather goes to floor, might have a return from throttle bodies, fuel line goes to throttle bodies, just check by pulling them off fuel on, use old rag to catch fuel. no smoking when doing this. ;-)
Sounds like your clutch is slipping. Make sure your clutch lever has free play of at least a 1/2 inch. Otherwise it is time for a new clutch. Although at 15000 mi it should not need one yet.
Flooding is a good possibility but fuel take months to congeal. Are your plugs new? Spark plugs may spark in the open but will not spark under pressure - try replacing the spark plugs.
start with the spark plugs if no spark from them take the cap off see if there is spark from ht lead if not test the coils,make sur there is batery life
