Jump starting of a car battery can cause a spike in the charge circuit, when the bike starts it can try to charge the car battery and fry the regulator. better to roll start and take it back to the tune up specialist

I have a 2005 Honda VT 750 DC Shadow Spirit, and won't start up when cold and the battery dies/no mo juice after a couple of tryes, can I jump start it with a battery on a idleing car?

DO NOT EVER jump start with car, car battery hase too much power, you will blow your fuses and maybe even ecu if your bika hase it. Thry charging your battery when it's off the bike. But you should buy new one.
Usually battery for bikes last 3-4 year and need to be changed.

2006 Honda Spirit Battery is charged, but it just "clicks" when trying to start..nothing else. Where should I start? thanks

Try a jump start just to confirm that your battery is actually charged. Lights and horns will not indicate that there is enough power to run the starter. If the starter still just clicks, the starter itself or the solenoid appear to be faulty.
