That is the only way by removing those screws, a lot of people put the wrong loctite or tighten it way too hard hence the problem. Spray a little WD40, wait 20 minutes, than using the correct screw driver/socket, make sure it fits 100% and keep it straight, turn anti clock wise.

How do I remove the bar end's on inside the handle

The ones on my Suzuki have screws in the ends these pull against rubber bushes and squeeze them to secure. To remove them loosen the screws and tap them back into the bar end. I believe some bar ends are screw fit in their own right. Twist clockwise to tighten anti clock to remove.

How to fit rear outside door handle

What you do is open door and remove the door insert, undo every screw and then with a screw driver take care not to scratch the paint work, so wrap the end of the screwdriver. Up with the hanky ( the blade end) then gently prise open gently the insert , then once you have taken the insert off , remove the plastic only around where the door handle should be, you then reach in and feel for the door handle and around it you should feel a couple of nuts , they should be either a 8mm or 10mm spanner, undo the nuts and when you take out the nuts. Then from the outside wriggle the door handle until it half comes out and then disconnect all the rods that go to your inner door handle and the rod to your door handle!!. To replace it is reverse of what you just done but with the new handle

My Diamondback Team Grip bicycle grips I just bought have a plastic end cap with screw and other small part, how does this end cap go on? No instructions came with the packaging.

The small part is most likely a star nut chriscanhelp_0.jpgThis pic is proper orientation Top = Top

If so you must install this in the end of the handle bar with a hammer. First put the screw into the top of the nut and line the nut up with the open end of the haldle bar. Lightly tap the nut into the end of the bar until the screw head is ammost flush with the end of the bar. Remove the screw with allen wrenches, install grips, put screw through plastic end cap and thresd into star nut inside the bar.

Hope this helps.

The only thing I can see going wrong is the wrong star nut for your diametre of handle bar.

Assembly is as follows: Star nut first into bar,

How do you remove a handle bar stem from a 1984 motobecane grand jubilee? I've tried and i am baffled

There should be a top cup cover. You have to pry it up and you will find the screw underneath. If there is no cover, the screw end must come out of stem. You need to undo this screw till the stem gets loose. You will need to undo the steerer bearing as well. Special bike tools are essential for this job.

How do i remove the rear door hatch panel for a 2003 Montana

Normally just check real close for hidden screws behind any handle at ends, all around outside of panel, if carpet, at bottom area, feel for possible hidden screws beneath carpet, the the rest should be pull clips, that release as you pull on the panel. Sometimes it will scare you into thinking something going to break & if so, look again for screws. Usually quick pull works best. try to do it when warm, so panel is less likely to crack.

No suction in floor attachment *& brush not turning

Lay the machine on the floor with the front side down. Undo the 3 large plastic screws with a coin of some sort, then remove bottom panel. On the back of carrage where the roller bar sits their should be a clear plastic tube check this tube is free of dirt. Check around inside the carrage for hair string etc. Check belt for breaks and swelling in the rubber pull ont roller bar and check the end caps on the roller can spin freely. If not pull off the end caps these will be very tight and wash out all dirt and fluff, dry thourley and lubricate centre pin and end caps inside the roller with baby oil or wd-40. replace roller bar and belt, turn roller bar twice slowly to centralise the belt, replace bottom panel making sure that the clips on front are sitting in their holes. fastern the plastic screws and leave two hours before usage
