If they can not help you... just look under cooling and air-conditioning in the yellow pages and find a dealer near you. This pump is common to nearly every brand in LV. You can most likely buy one at the local home depot, menards, or lowes.
There is also a Little Giant CK-5 "UTILITY"pump that is used for swamp coolers.

Most parts in gas fireplaces are universal, the valve/thermopile and thermocouple are generic parts and should be found at your local gas fitting supply stores.

If you describe what you tried to fix the fireplace thus far I could give you better advice to which part you need to replace in order to get it running.
