do you mean it sticks down after kicking ? if so the return spring or cog on the kicker are damaged ! remove side cover and you can see the problem ! P...
Have you checked for a spark? or done a compression test? You may need to adjust the idle screw or tick over screw slightly 1/4 turn at a time (remember where you started.)
If you can pull it back easily by hand, means it is not siezed where the shaft goes through the cases. so it may need a new return spring, you will have to pull the RHS cover off
I don't think any aftermarket companies make case halves.
We all learn as we go, if I have bad luck with a bike, I'll never buy one again, if it's obviously the manufacturers problem.If your bike is in good shape, it's worth fixing.
