I think you'll be allright. When I put TORS on my bike, I found that I hardly needed any extra jetting at all. I put in slightly larger jets and I am now running fairly rich, so i would think the EFI can handle it. Give your dealer a call maybe.

If it is backfiring on deacceleration you have a fuel mixture problem and need to "sync" the carbs.
Sync Pro carb tuner works well. This is a precise four channel vacuum indicator designed specifically for intake
synchronization of engines with multiple carburetors or throttle bodies.
Also, if you have not done so, check your plug wires for defects and resistors, if your wires have them.

if three cylenders are running fine and 1 not with a wet plug, something is wrong with the one cable , its connection, shorting(make sure its not to close to the engine) or the plug

is the throtle cable free it my be hung up under the tank or somewhere in the routing
