The bolts that hold the windshield on screw into blind holes. If the bolt is bottoming out before the windshield bracket is tight, you should have some chrome washers of a chrome strip that goes on the bolts.

Good luck
Steve

Is my 2004 GMC Canyon turn signal flasher a replaceable part?

hello,
yes it is replaceable, it should be under the dash lower panel, but the fast blinking sounds like a bulb is not working or a bad connection, if you replace the flasher the you may want to make sure that you have the electronic version as they are more reliable. and the other thing is to make sure that you have a good ground in your wiring and that all the connections are dry, tight, and installed properly by color code

Toyota troubleshoot

Hi, The wiper may be loose on the spinle. If you look at the base of the wiper there is a 13mm nut under the plastic cover, Make sure it is tight. There are splines on the spindle where the wiper bolts on and these can wear allowing the wiper to slip even when the spindle nut is tight. If it is tight with your fingers out the way switch on the wipers and you should see the spindle turn and make sure all the linkages move and one of the link rods hasn't broken. You will need to post the results for further help. Jon

The driver's side windshield paper does not function, the passenger's side works?

Hello: lift/remove cover from the lower end of the w/w arm (toward bottom of windshield) there should be a 13mm nut that attaches the arm to the transmission shaft. Use a 13mm box end and see if the nut is tight. If not tight position the arm in the proper position and tighten nut, re-install nut cover.
