The factory pressure is on a sticker on the frame by the side cover. If you run 35 PSI front and rear you will have less trouble with tire cupping, better cornering, and longer tire life.

Yes , the oil seal is available from Honda. If too much air pressure is put into the shock it is not uncommon for the seal to pop. A 5wt or 10wt shock oil should work just fine. Consider changing the oil in the other shock also.

stand the bike if possible high enough that you can drop the wheel out the bottom other wise you may have to take off the saddlebags , loosen the rear axle nut, take out the bolt, knock out
the spacer , lift the caliper assembly out of the way and hang it by a wire, grab the wheel, and slide it sideways away
from the final drive. The wheel should slide right off the spline of the
final drive and roll out the back under the fender. If the wheel wont
slide past the final drive let the air out of the tire. Be sure to coat
the spline of the final drive with moly60 paste from your local Honda dealer when reassembling
Check rear swing arm. When the bike is on the center stand, check the distance of the rear tire to the ground, if it looks too low, might have to do some work. Also, check the rear shock springs.
