Hi there i have just bought a ccm 604E in supermoto trim and when you ride it i can only describe it as if the engine is juddering it does this in all gears and all revs, if you pull in the clutch it stops, could this be a balance shaft problem ie the keyway perhaps would you think? ps bike idles ok and revs fine no vibration only when its in gear. Many thanks Tig

Probably not the balance shaft, dont think it would have a keyway, it would be gear driven and the gear and shaft caste as one piece
I would be checking the chain, sprockets, and rear wheel bearings first, also any chain guides and rollers
then looking for a bearing gone on the counter shaft or clutch

Ccm r30 rotax 604e year of reg 2002 the engine has siezed due to lack of oil .i bought the bike with this problem. can you help me.

if you are realy lucky and the bike wasn't going to fast and who ever was riding it pulled in the clutch quickly.. then you might get away with just a top end
but no two ways about it the engine has to come apart.... to do it properly special tools and knowlede required you will need to find a shop
Good Luck
