You can find the fuse box under the seat but on the left side behind the your left heal. It should be 4 bolts on a chrome cover , remove the cover and you should see a small fuse box. Therefore, you have one fuse box under seat and one behind you left heal behind under a chrome cover.

dear bldrnr the proper oil weight for your bic depends on the climate where you ride 20/50 is recommended for hot climates 10/40 is recommended for average temps. jim

As long as the oil does not have the "energy saving" designation in the rating emblem, synthetic work just fine in the Boulevard.

To access the radiator cap, remove the seats,then the bolt at the rear of the gas tank. You should now be able to slide the entire tank and dash back enough to expose the cap on the left side of the frame. When replacing the tank, be careful not to knock loose the rubber buffers that slide into grooves on either side of the frame.
