My vespa px200.is very hard to start.otherwise it runs perfekt

First get a new 12V DC power supply (AC Adaptor model AD-12) to test.
Otherwise it needs repair by Casio technician. Main PCB board may need to be replaced.

1) did you pull the choke (under fuel tap) ?
2) did you fill gasoline (+ 2% oil mix)?
3) if that does not help get a new spark plug
4) push-start the Vespa in 2nd gear with clutch pulled and let the clutch go after you reach a certain speed (easier downhill)

choke is not operating correctly, if it really really cold you could try adding a drop of silkolene pro fst to your fuel. made a world of difference for my bike in the winter

it's not a bug - it's a feature....some people would say...
- actually it happened on mine too after some time when it was new on both brake levers, that means it cannot be a short or something.
but, after some time I got used to it and even got to like it like that.

Had same problem a few weeks ago myself. Turned out to be damaged gasket between the carb and the carb body. The two stroke oil filled the carb box which then went into the air intake hose and was running out of the frame around the side panel locator hole onto the floor and exhaust. Replaced the gasket and not happened since.

It sounds like your floats sticking in the carb leaving it open all the time. take the carb to bits and clean it replacing all seals.

the fuel tap feeds from two separate tubes, one sits higher in the tank as main fuel and a lower one feeds from near the bottom of the tank(reserve) the main pick up tube may have a blockage, there are usually small filters on the ends of these tubes that can get blocked, you may need to remove fuel tank to clean

The gears seem odd to people at first but are actually very easy to master. For first, pull in the clutch (left lever) and twist the entire grip back (towards you). Release the clutch and bingo. For second, third and fourth pull the clutch and twist the grip forwards one step at a time. If you look at the left handlebar you'll see the little numbers and a mark on the main headset. If these don't line up you might need to get your shifter cables tightened and lined up.
