What about carb have u tried cleaning it, or check the mix screw. dont knw if it will help.

correct gap is 0.6-7mm

Sounds like you need a tune up. Carb. is probably out of adjustment. Maybe the spark plug, or wire. Mag. could be giving a weak spark...

Scroll crankshaft to come piston to the highest position then releasing camchain thensioner, then rotate the camshaft position in the gear has three holes - two small should be aligned with the level of the head and a large remaining exactly at Above point.Good Luck!

If engine is running but motor cycle does not move then you should be looking at these conditions

• Drive belt worn out or deformation
• Ramp plate of movable drive face damaged
• Driving pulley spring broken
• Clutch weights broken
• Drive slide-shaft gear groove broken
• Transmission gear damaged

You may have a stuck carburetor floar. It will let fuel in the carb overfill to an overflow drain hose and the fuel pump only works when engine is turning. You will have to have the carburetor serviced.

I'm all for fixing things with the correct parts but if you can't find the correct cable remove your broken cable and take it to a dealership or aftermarket wholesaler for a replacement. You'll be able to measure it and get something that will work. It doesn't always have to be an exact match to work if it is only an inch or two difference it should still work.

Would suggest to replace the plug cap for a decent one. Not a guaranteed fix but I have seen this before as poor quality/faulty caps can arc even through the rubber. Hope this helps you.

Change the fuel filter.Still does it,adjust idle mixture screw to fastest idle,the adjust throttle to where should be at idle.

Change the plugs? Might want to have a professional go over your new ride to make sure all is well. You did a good job ... you don't want to suffer a break down away from home. The tune up will be less costly than the tow job.

check your air filter if not that your jets in the carb could be clogged you can run some carb cleaner threw it while its started for quick fix.Or what i rather is cleaning the whole carb

maybe it went to low revs cos the plug was fouling, if so upping the idle will just make the problem get worse quicker

I have the same model and mine does the same thing, all it is is the Oil being thrown around in the oil tank going above and the quickly below and then back above the oil level sensor, nothing to be worried about.

More details required. what are the circumstances when it won't start?
