power lost to CDI primary' (use volt meter here see the lost DC power)
or CDI box bad. or spark HV wire is bad or shorted spark plug.
a voltmeter finds all primary side causes.
just learn to do that first.
get a manual from maker
also there is crank timing sensor that must be good=.
like ona car called CKP, crank position sensor.
some CKP need gap adjustments, and for sure wires not damaged.

Scooty pep plus heavily vibrates on first moving , then settles fine after moving.
Defrosting will happen if left open. Open the door wide to let some interior air exchange with room air. Close the door and listen for a slight suction. This is the warmish air that you just let into the frig, cooling. As the air cools it shrinks causing a vacuum and the suction sound.
If there is NO suction sound, you may have a bad seal.
If there is a suction sound but the door pops slightly open within a few minutes you may have a bad seal or the door needs adjustment....it is no longer flat to the face of the frig box. Adjustment to one of the hinges may be required. The door moves like a kitchen cabinet door with European hinges. If you don't understand what I just said, call for service.
If the seal needs replacing, call for service unless you are VERY handy. They can be a real pain to replace.

TVS Star City bike silencer
I am not expert but I have same problem when down accelerator.
It may occure due to current coil or Uro2 dirty. I clean the uro2 filter by the oil and no busting sound found after that.

Guide on how to change a valve
Get a "Haynes" or "Clymer" manual. They give a complete breakdown of the motorcycle. and an idea of any special tools you will need to complete any task.
NO SPARK AT SPARK PLUG
make sure that the plug/coil connections good
make sure all the wires are connected from the coil
replace coil
Hard start when headlight
First impression of this problem is that the battery is weak and should be serviced or changed. With the head light on and attempting to start the engine the headlight is taking enough power from the battery to starve the ignition system of the voltage it requires to fire. Minimum voltage for electronic ignition is 10 volts. Charge, service or change out the battery with a new one.
Brand New xm155 vintage 150cc scooter??? help!
Some of those tires are not very good quality. Can you jack up the back of the bike and spin the wheel or start it ,put it in gear and watch the rear wheel spin? Is the rim true? If you do this make sure the bike does not get away from you.
I have purchased TVS Scooty Teenz in May 2008.
Here is the deal > the manufacturer can not control the way a bike is maintained in daily use. If the wrong oil was used then the piston could seize up. That is not the dealers fault. The other problems could and should have been taken care of during the standard dealer warranty service checks but it sounds like you did not want to pay for the maintenance checks. That gave the dealer the chance to say it is not their fault. The problems other than the piston siezeing are generally minor items. I would have gone to a different dealer when the original dealer did not fix the problems the first time. It sounds like your best thing to do is to sell the bike or trade it in on another brand of motorcycle. Sorry for the problems you have been having. Honda and Yamaha are good brands.

Hot and cold plug difference
Hot Plug
- has a longer insulator nose length
- less heat is absorbed by the plug and transferred to the cooling system
- the plug runs at a higher temperature
- the plug is more prone to pre-ignition (if greater than 850 degrees C)
- NGK BP5ES is hotter than a BP7ES plug.
- An overheated plug will be white with brown spots.
Cold Plug
- has a shorter insulator nose length
- more heat is absorbed by the plug and transferred to the cooling system
- the plug runs at a lower temperature
- the plug is more prone to fouling (if less than 500 degrees C)
- NGK BP7ES is cooler than a BP5ES plug.
- A fouled plug will be black and sooty.
Chain Maintenance
Various wrenches.
A soft brush, or old toothbrush.
An O-ring friendly chain cleaner (if, like most chains, yours is of an o-ring type.)
O-ring friendly chain lubricant (again, if applicable.)
A new cotter pin (when adjusting the chain tension.)
Rags (for wiping grime off the chain.)
A rubber mallet (optional.)
A rear wheel stand (optional.)
A tape measure (optional.
