Samsung LE32R72BX 32 in. HD-Ready LCD TV "vertical shadows tv" Questions

vertical shadows when I bought my new 32 inch samsung TV, I was watching it almost all of the time in 4:3 mode...after about a month or two dark vertical shadow appeared on the left side of tv-screen.

I have vertical shadow lines behind the main picture. Have tried resetting and retuning with no luck. Any ideas please. regards Keith bkmnb
