channel, snowy and has the direct t.v. logo acting like a screen saver...how can this be happening? if you see the logo she has directv. tune her t.v. to channel 03 or 04 and she should have a picture
the channels wont change If the numbers on screen do change but the channel does not--look to see if set has Guide Plus logo on it.A bit more detailed description might be helpful.
