PC Keyboard? I am writing the email address on a new laptop and cannot get the @ sign. How do I get that please> Check your keyboard layout, different languages has different keys to make signs

email address, we have tried CTRL and @ but we can't get @ to work, are we missing something? please help thanks. try shift @ @ will come shift+@ and check with fn key. you can use on screen keyboard.
