LG Flatron F700B 17" CRT Monitor "shape" Questions

I can't reshape the screen of LG FLATRON ez T713SH....I'am fixing it but it's shape now is abstract...I can't put it back at the exact shape...plss reply...what is the default shape?? I don,t know
