Vizio L32 32 in. LCD HDTV "tv power nothing comes" Questions

only vizio lite comes on then nothing.have to unplug to turn power off. tv-vizio vw32l hdtv10a there a problem on power side.. chage the ic and the resistor going to ic and check also the signal diode
