Kenmore Elite HE4 Electric Dryer "auto dry cycle" Questions

Auto Dry Cycles? I have a Kenmore Elite HE4 Smartheat dryer with auto dry cycles drying options but it only gets hot when I use the manual cycles settings. Probably the Moisture Sensor Bar has failed.
