MY PROBLEM? it does not mean new parts are alway good. subtitive a known good wire and check for spark at the wire, if there is spark then check the plug. if there is no spark then go back to your cap

Spark to plugs , not strong enough I would check the coil, coil wire and spark plug wires. A local parts store should have the Ohms reading for the coil, coil wire and plug wires.
