horn issue- changed both horns, relay works, I can now get my panic horn button to blow horn which didnt before. Still cant get my steering wheel to blow horn. Fuses are good based on my checking them
...it is most likely a fuse or the horn relay. A horn draws quite a bit of current so it places a considerable load on the electrical system. A rough indication of the horn location looking from below
