fuel rack you can check the pressure as mentioned above however the fuel pressure will generally cause all cylinders to act poorly. PS. not to scare you but it very likely could be a blown head gasket

fuel pump. the purge solenoid is constantly clicking. help I think you have ruled out the engine with all the parts you have replace. The transmission torque convertor is in lock up mode all the time.
