Can you interchange an electric carburetor from a 1990 4.2l Jeep to a manual regualar carburetor?? yea u can but you will have to take off all the emission control stuff and block off the vacume lines

2005 Jeep Wrangler, engine reving up on its own, just had emissions testing done try cleaning the throttle body, if no change it has to be the idle air control motor.

the 4.0L and 2.5 liter , uses the RENIX ecu. and not the CEC. tje REnix has fixed, CKP sensor timing.
