...if the sand got stuck in it & I don't know if that is what is causing the problem with the lenses not opening is it notifieing you that there is a lens eror? or does it just not turn on?

LENS #14 EROR Hi, The lens 14 error can be rectified by tapping the bottom of camera and see if it works . Just tap hard it might come out or not it is stuck with dust and sand or something like that.
