2005 Harley Davidson FLSTN- FLSTNI Softail Deluxe "change bulb brake light" Questions

Brake lights wont work with hand or foot pedal. Tail lights work fine most likely the filament blew, change the bulb, there are two filaments in the bulb, one for tail light and one for brake.
