Are you allowed to use your own weapons in the military?
No. most countries organized armed forces will issue the weapons they want you to use. they can better maintain and support them rather than having 100s of different types of weapons. You may still own your own personal weapon if your local laws allow.

Can I lie about being married to my recruiter?
do not lie. It is a felony to lie on enlistment applications and paperwork. also you will want your wife to have medical coverage and the other benefits associated with being a military spouse.
DO NOT LIE.

What's the best route to take to become a fixed-wing pilot in the military?
I recommend joining the Air Force if you want to become a pilot however, people don't just become pilots after having a Bachelors. You have to meet the requirements, pass the exams and be medically cleared and in shape, this applies to all branches. On the other hand its a challenge that only you can decide. I recommend talking to the nearest recruiter.
