SIM unlock phone

1. Determine if devices are eligible to be unlocked: Mobile Wireless Device Unlocking.
2. From any home screen, swipe left to locate and tap T-Mobile folder > Device Unlock.
3. Tap Continue.
4. Wait while the device connects to the server.
5. Choose the desired device unlock type:
   • Permanent Unlock: Permanently unlocks the device.
   • Temporary Unlock: Temporarily unlocks device for 30 days. Temporary unlocks must be performed with a mobile data connection. Wi-Fi will not work.
6. Wait while the device requests the unlock.
7. If successful, restart the device to apply the settings.

First of all, go to Settings and under System you will find "Security". Click on it. Then choose "Unknown sources" and tick it

You should get the information that installing an application from unknown sources could be very harmful to your device.

If you are 100% certain you want to do that click OK and it should get ticked

If that is done, you can proceed to install some other applications to purchase apps. A good example is Amazon

Sounds like you have an intermittent software error which launches it into boot mode. Have you tried/or have you recently reset or upgraded the OS? You might want to restore from a known good backup and try to upgrade your OS again. Other than that, a factory reset (and then upgrade OS after that) seems to be a logical next step. Yes it is unique to that machine. Just as a SS number is unique to a person.

I don't know where that is...have you googled it to know where it is located at?

take it to a phone repair where they can help you couple it with new components. they take out the old one and put some new ones in it. send it to the manufacturer for easy access to it so they can help you with it. you could get a new one sent to you.
