Try pulling out the crown to the first position. Then push upper and lower button simultaneously. The red stick will start moving 1 second per push. Repeat procedure until it reaches zero position, then push back the crown to the normal position.

hi there,
Is it way off the 12 hour marker? if it's just a bit off the 12 time then I suggest you let it go because the second hand marker does not have an adjustment lever outside the wristwatch but you would have to open the back of the clock and adjust the gear of the second hand inside.
If you are comfortable enough you can try to open the back of the watch and look for the constantly moving gear inside and make the necessary adjustments.
If you'd still want to have it fixed but don't want to open watch yourself then you'd have to take it to a local watch repair man or to a watch repair shop and they can do the job for you.
Hope this helps!
What kind of watch winder do I need for this watch
You have selected a wonderful watch... Heuer and TAG/Heuer should be gently wound by the motion of the human wrist and the falling of a centrally pivoting weight (there is no ideal direction).
AUTO-WIND function is NOT at all unique to your watch...
After a couple of CHEAPER "winders" failed me... and after I figured about 4 watches was more than enough to keep wound... I found the greatest BASIC watch winder... to run year over year (efficiently and quietly)
MTE watch winder (their very basic WTS-4).
Good luck: I WILL try to include the URL (see page 6)

I have a kirium model cl111a how do you adjust the time please ?
You probably have a screw down crown. Turn the crown counterclockwise and unscrew the crown. Now you should be able to pull it out. When tightening it back down, don't over tighten, just snug. This is to keep moisture out of your watch. Always have it screwed down unless you are setting the watch.
