Hi, the resistor is a 150 Ohm 10 watt resistor.

I do not know of another source and they will most likely be your only chance of coming up with a parts diagram and the parts.

I have the same one, and the turn table has never turned on it's own. from looking at the bottom of the stand, i think the mixers are supposed to turn the bowl, so i just give it a little turn, and the mixers kinda take care of the rest. BTW, i got 2 sets of beaters with mine and i dont know what the second set is for, do you? contact me at [email protected]

Sorry, but this model went out of production in 1967, the last spare parts were made in 1992 so there are simply no more new original parts left for it.
There are several aftermarket manufacturers that do made new ones, but they are definitely lower quality so they will wear a lot faster. You can get one from here

While you're at it get a new set of motor brushes as well.

Possible that the cord is open, check continuity of the plug wires to confirm.
If not the switch is defective, check the switch after removing power.
Finally the motor can be faulty.
Check the continuity using a multimeter.

Gently pry the front cover off to expose the only two screws holding the mixer together.

Hi,
If the motor is blown it will most likely cost more to repair or replace the motor than buying a new mixer. However, It could be a break in the electrical cord or at the plug. Is there a 'burnt' smell in the mixer? If not, have the electrical cord checked by someone in the know before purchasing a new mixer.
