Where is the jumper on my ASUS X401A motherboard

You need to take the covers off the bottom of the machine and look in those areas for the jumper. It could be under the ram, near the hdd or the battery and the wireless cards. They don't publish the location because it is an anti-theft feature.

Key popped off

if the key is actually broken, you need to order a replacement, if it is not broken and is still in one piece it should be very easy to reconnect, you just need to find someone who knows how to reconnect keys
