Aron, To perform a reset you will need to disconnect the TV completely from power for at least 30 seconds, if this doesn't resolve your problem then you may have hardware that has expired in your device. Without physically looking at your device I can't say with certainty what your problem is, it could be your PCB. There are video's online you can visit on how to test a PCB for faults. If you are not comfortable troubleshooting your device I would suggest contacting a local electronic repair shop near you, however I will link you to a generic instructional video showing you how to perform basic troubleshooting of your device. Although I am just guessing, most Sony equipment uses metric screws. Go to a Home Depot or similar store and take the piece that you have that contains the threaded fittings and they will help you find the screws you need. https://www.manualslib.com/manual/793567/Sony-Kdl-32xbr6.html?page=7#manual This page of the manual gives some info about the screws such as not longer than 1/2" (or 12mm) to prevent damage to the set. Sony customer service may be able to supply replacement screws too.
