here some issues that may figure your way out from that trouble with your mixer.
1. Open the back of the mixer to expose the panel. You will see a plate being held in place at the top with two spring-loaded screws. The tension on those screws controls the speed of the mixer. If you
tighten them up it will slow down. Too tight and the mixer will stop.
You'll figure it out when you see it. (If you want a better explanation for this, I suggest you power on your mixer. Loosening the screws will make the spin of the mixer spins past. Tightening it will slow it down)
2. The phase control board may be damage. To check if its still working....
put
a piece of paper across the T-bar on the back, blocking the contacts.
When you turn it on, if it buzzes and doesn't actually turn, then the
Phase Control is the problem. Or better check the connection. Loose wiring or connection from both terminals or connectors may be the reason. If not replace the control board... see the actual image of the phase control board.
3. The last to check and is the most common reason is the
Hall effect sensor. It's the one that determines and controls the speed of the mixer. Check first if the connectors and terminals are loose. If not
replace this parts.
